BRM created the parawing category in 2024. It was the latest in a longer arc of innovation. More than a decade earlier, BRM invented the sport's first strutless kite, which came to define a segment of kitefoiling.
A lifelong passion for windsports led us to create the parawing. For us, it was the fulfillment of our tow-in surf-foiling dreams. For downwind foiling, the parawing created its fastest-growing new category.
